Good luck old chap, it is a really great aircraft, but it's like asking if you could crosshire my wife. It depends on the price.
Seriously, if you can round up Bryce Ducker in Mooloolaba I think, he knows where they all are.
Give him my regards and if you're lucky he wont charge you extra.

Gaunty. Bryce Duck__cker is now in rural NSW. His contact phone number is FREECALL 1800 CESSNA. He's a good guy (for an Expat Kiwi) and knows where every 'Van is!
Indeed, he is an avid reader and poster to this BB - but I can't give his Nom de Plum away. G'Day Bryce!
Stormywx. As Gaunty said, good luck on a hire/cross hire. But I think your chances of getting a good C208B would be Buckleys, unless you were prepared to pay top dollar and probably accept the owners pilot.
Cape York Air in Cairns have/had an IFR C208 (11/12 seats I think) which was IFR and ASEPA approved, with pod, but the de-icing (boots and plumbing) was removed when it went on the Aussie register.
Dick Smith has a nice C208B that meets your specs!

Stormy email or PM me, there is one with at least most of the items requires coming on the register shortly and I can give you all the details of the people to contact...
think they want to sell it outright but anyhow....
You can only ask!
