As REX are now recruiting, do you have age in your favour if you are in your late 30's, with 2000 hours (piston time - not turbine). I mean would they look at you, thinking you will stick around and probaby will not run off to an larger airline due to you age.

Of the 5 or so people that i know of that applied to REX, 4 of them sent hard copies, and all got an interview, and atleast 1 has a start date. The 1 that didn't send a hard copy is still updating on staff.cv.....
And they all had relatively the same experience...
So is staff.cv all they really use????
