I missed 24 and 26. A co-worker did not get 26 either. I phoned them to get a couple sent to us.
Back in October, Jepps failed to ask for my renewal to be paid for and just stopped the service without further correspondence until I realized what had happened. A bit ****-poor I find.

They did that to me too, last year.
I didn't realise for a long time, and ended up having to buy a complete re-issue to get up to date again.
They did give me a discount on the price, though.
