So Republican Party issuing NOTAMS? I have to read between the [non existent] lines for this post, however todays news confirms that the visit has been cut back due to 'domestic issues'.

At the risk of extreme thread drift, why can't they change this domestic political situation so it is not a last minute rush each and every time, fodder for extremist alarmists and conspiracy theories [and overseas NOTAMS]?
