What is the BAE flight training College at Parafield like?
Can anyone tell me what the BAE flight Training college at Parafield is like to work at as an instructor. What is the pay, conditions and rosters like, Is there good career progression if you wanted to make a career there, what is management like?
Any thoughts appreciated.
