Chat GPT is your friend. Here's what it says;

Yes, there are several places in New Zealand where you can take an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) flight test. These include:
  • The New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) which is the national regulatory body for civil aviation in New Zealand. They have flight examiners that conduct the ATPL flight tests.
  • Flight Training Organisations (FTOs) such as Air New Zealand Flight Training, Airways Aviation Academy, and CTC Aviation. These organizations are authorized by the CAA to conduct ATPL flight tests.
  • Other flight schools or pilot training centers such as Airwork Flight Training, Auckland Flight Training, and New Zealand Flight Training.
It is important to check with the specific organization or flight school to confirm their availability to conduct the ATPL flight test, as well as the specific requirements and costs associated with taking the test. It's also worth mentioning that the availability and prices of flight schools may vary depending on the region, and it's recommended to do some research and compare options before deciding where to take the test.

Masses of online searching should have given you the only information you require:

The New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority; or
Phone the CAA in Wellington, +64 4 560 9400.
Email the CAA, [email protected]

Air NZ Flight Academy if you have a type rating on one of their sim types you can lease the Simulator and examiner.

Air Wanganui will arrange for you to do the test in their King Air and have examiner contacts.

This may well be accurate, but you do know Chat GPT is not designed to provide accurate information right? It might do but it might not, particularly in technical subjects. It’s database is also a couple of years old.
