Gwa B1900
Greetings,
Spotted a B1900 at Broome with GWA on the tail. Anyone got any idea who's it is and where does it come from. Sounds like it was doing some sort of charter north of broome, perhaps?
cheers

batch,
According to our websites aircraft search, there are 5 Beech 1900C's currently registered in Australia. Two of these are registered to Great Western Aviation in Perth.

I am not sure which one specially, but we did a charter with them last year from Perth to Adelaide for the Perth Wildcats basketball team during the Ansett collapse. Nicely presented little aircraft.

Great Western have two 1900's, VH-FWA and VH-IYP, as well as a Navajo VH-FWJ. Used mainly for the FIFO work, but also for any kind of general charter, as I guess it was doing.
They all operate from GWA's terminal at Perth, just round the corner from the Qantaslink gates...
Cheers.

Any truth in the rumour it will start up a weekly RPT service from Perth to a certain Kimberley destination?
