King Air Endorsements ?

Hello.
I have been asked to enquire about command endorsements on the B200 .
Where can they be done ?
How much ?
How Long ?
Ground School requirements ?
Any info greatly appreciated .

From memory I believe the rating is worth 5 hours, with extra flying if needed (costs more) and B1900 ratings aswell.

I know GFS in MB do C90 ratings if thats a help aswell!!

Can I assume that the best price for an endorsement is $9000 ?
How about in QLD ? Do RFDS do any external training ?
