A carbon copy of the Canadian RV-7 accident a few years ago. Sadly, some people don't want to learn from others mistakes.

Worth considering that flutter is TAS-related. For example, at 4000’ on an ICAO day, an IAS of around 225Kts would mean TAS of 245kts & danger of flutter in an RV..

A lot of RV'ers know their Vne is TAS-based, but there's a great deal that don't. This isn't helped by Vans' own website that shows ASI markings are in SMPH, and references Vne to IAS.

A 230SMPH IAS VNE is 200KIAS. If you assume that to be TAS at ground level, your 4,000' Vne becomes only 186KIAS. Most modern EFIS' have the ability to dynamically display Vne as TAS which is a great help - if you know your Vne is TAS!
