Squawk, if what you are saying is correct, then the Cirrus pilot is probably breaking the law. Someone should report it to CASA. CASA, to be consistent, should immediately prosecute.

We should all also remember that the same bastards will emerge when the dust settles and continue their
determined rampage to destroy what's left of the industry. They are still being paid their bloated salaries
with all the attendant perks, doing what exactly, nobody knows, there's bugger all aviation happening at the moment.

So what? You can be a private pilot and have an ATPL!
