MAF International (PNG) suspends all operations
Due to two accidents in less than 5 weeks, MAF PNG has released a statement to media advising all operations suspended.
Just after 1pm local time 19-March-2020, a Cessna Caravan (P2-MAF) operated by MAF PNG was involved in a landing overrun at the Yenkisa airstrip in the Enga Province, PNG highlands.
The pilot and three passengers on board are safe with no injuries. The aircraft has sustained damage.
MAF has informed the relevant safety authorities and investigations are underway. MAF operations have been suspended and bookings will not be accepted at this time, while those investigations begin.
We apologise to service users for disruption and inconvenience.

With the ban on all public transport and the impending COVID-19 out break the missionaries will be needed more then ever.
Personally I think they should have kept the Otters.
