ADSB Changes?

Any word from CASA on the proposed relaxation of ADSB standards? Consultation allegedly finished in early 2018.

Not relaxed standards. A new standard for voluntary fitment to VFR aircraft. See https://www.casa.gov.au/standard-pag...pment-suitable

If you fit a transponder it will meet the the ADS-B requirement if connected to an appropriate GPS nav data source.
