Does anyone have any information on the LifeFlight advert in terms of terms and conditions, salary, work-life balance and whether one can obtain the Challenger 604 endorsement as part of the the job?

Call the company and discuss your situation with them. I would imagine seniority would dictate whom flies the Challenger, so that may take you a few years or more to achieve...

Anyone in the know (that is works for LifeFlight or knows someone that does), able to provide T and C's of the company? Such as hours worked, pay, what are the crew and management like?, morale? Time to command, regular destinations etc?
