ATPL Ride or Type Rating and ATPL?

I'd appreciate some direction.
Have a foreign ATPL with a BE20 Type rating
and am returning to Aus.

CASA tell me they no longer have records of my SCPL
and that I'm a CPL in their books.

CASA advise that I have to do the AOSA , HF exams
and a flight test.

The quotes for training and the ride give sticker shock
and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on what simulator
and or type rating such as a Citation Mustang etc.

PM's welcome.
