Wanted - Historical info on SCPL 1996?
Are there any old timers around who can advise if the old SCPL
licence was grandfathered into an ATPL or did the holders of an SCPL have to do another
flight test?
Why did the licence say permanently valid but the legislation apparently said six months?
Could the six months be a medical requirement?
Was there there a period of time when they were able to convert an SCPL to an ATPL?
