Trying to Reval EASA I/R rating in Australia

Looking at any pilot that has renewed UK EASA license by offering evidence that they have passed an Australian I/R with information about the Examiner and Simulator. There is a clause in EASA that an I/R can be accepted from an authorised foreign Authority. I work for a CAR 217 airline in Australia and am finding it difficult to offer UK CAA the correct evidence.

Can anyone assist?
