There is nothing in the award about your experience or really even your qualifications, so I suspect what they are meaning to say is that you will be paid award as per the job description, PLUS extra for your massive amounts of experience in a C404 and your additional qualifications that mean you bring additional value to the company above and beyond the "Minimum Qual" candidate.
