It’s with regret to say that we lost another true gentleman from the aviation ranks. Neville passed away yesterday from a minor accident that turned out to be major.

he will be sadly missed. His skills as a welder/ engineer lost for all time.

Deepest thought to those left behind

will miss your smile

I have known Nev for many years, he recently rebuilt my 185 wings and located many parts for this big restoration project. I'm devastated ...

Nev was certainly widely respected as a tradesman, pilot and flight instructor.

Nev's send-off will be on Tuesday 4th Sept in Scone at the Catholic church, with a wake afterwards at the Scone Aero Club.

Bugger , Nev and I where in the same class at school and where all ways in the same trouble. I was travelling thru Scone on Friday and with a few minutes to spare drove out to his place but found the shed doors closed and thought " the buggers knocked of early and gone up to the aeroclub" so turned around and continued on, never dreamt it was big aeroclub in the sky he'd gone to. R.I.P old mate.
