Contract Position
Can any fellow Ppruner's recommend/know/think of any employers around GA that employ single engine pilots for a 3-4 month position? From friends up north its too late in the season for Kimberley operators. I personally think it is unfair to apply for year round roles under false pretenses only to leave a few months later however its turning out to be a case of nice guys finish last.
I have a bit of experience including >2500PIC so not an entry level pilot however would be quite happy in a 210 or Airvan - a flying job is a flying job
Cheers!

Thanks,
I'm turbine experienced but not CASA rated - I've been overseas for the past few years so no point wasting time and money converting endorsements/ratings for CASA. I'm willing to go anywhere remote, its just that i want to avoid working at the local Macca's for 3 - 4 months.

What's a Turbine going to cost to put on the CAsA licence?
But I bet, happy to convert if a job is offered!
As I read it, he has no interest in work that would require him to transfer any endorsements. He just wants a bit of VFR piston work for a few months and presumably he has a CASA CPL that lets him do that already.
