Ramrod,
In the most simple terms, US produces the world's best air safety outcomes in every internationally recognized statistical category.

They manage to achieve these outstanding results without treating everybody "committing aviation" as potential or actual criminals, and actually have a very pleasant and cooperative flying environment.

And it is also the world's cheapest.

In total contrast to Australia.

Tootle pip!!

I have recently been told that a pilot had licence action taken for flying in the R766 “ environmental” Michaelmas Cay restricted area.
Dick, thanks for your addition clearing the license action matter up a bit. I knew there would be more to it.
So did Dick I bet, but why worry about minor details like that eh?

So stab bar are you going to tell us the whole story about who, after years of aggravation and stress, came out the other end blemish free smelling of roses and who came out looking like a bucket of steaming sh**?

To jog your memory think of the John Quadrio saga which occurred several years later.

I wouldn't have a clue mate, just found it amusing how Dick wrote the title to imply that the Michaelmas Cay incursion was the sole reason for the licence action and then only back pedalled when he was called out on it.
