Certainly your last two example are exclusions, and would be under any policy. Under the above policy I reckon damage to your aircraft by a roof would be covered. Cyclone damage to the house is covered, and storm damage is not an exclusion under any part of the legal liability or general exclusion sections. All a moot point of course, as your aircraft was almost certainly destroyed by the cyclone before the roof hit it.

So, you may rest assured that everyone else’s contents insurance will cover whatever damage to your off-property aircraft as arises from the insureds’ property.

You forgot one LB, ... and if ... the long shot million to one event you discuss ever even occurs. You insurance and liability paranoid folk, hopefully you buy lotto tickets you seem to like those sort of odds.
