Mishandled Airbus approach Melbourne

I'm sure Centaurus won't mind me piggy backing off his thread in the Safety,CRM and Emergency Response Planning forum as I know that he is keen to disseminate the safety message. This report has a lot of relevance for new and old Airbus driver's especially for pilots at Network who are about to enjoy the finest in European aviation design.
