Incident at YSBK 23/8 evening PA31
Any idea what going on with the PA31 and emergency services on the runway? NOTAM issued closing the airport to all op's.
PA31 = Latent Failure with a Maintenance Release looking for a place to happen

Gear failed to extend. Flew around for about 40mins waiting for emergency vehicles before a low pass confirmed the gear was up. A few sparks on landing but otherwise a good outcome.
