Around Australia Trip

G'day, I'm planning on touring much of the top end in May/Jun. Will depart from Melbourne. Go up the centre then across to Kununurra and Broome then back via Darwin, Adels Grove to Cooktown. May even slip up to Horn Island before returning via the East Coast. Have found Resources - Transaero Pty Ltd which provides some details of Pubs and Food within walking distance of airstrips and seems quite good.
One possible stopover is to Gemtree Caravan Park North East of Alice Springs. Would welcome and suggestions/recommendations from others who have completed such a journey. Cheers Bob

Haggerstone Island is well worth a look at if you're up around the Cape. You land on Hicks Island & get picked up by boat. It isn't cheap, but a once in a lifetime spot. Fuel up at Lockhart River on your way back down. Hamilton Island is another good spot heading down the East Coast also. 👍

G'day Bob,
Type of aircraft and number of POB would give us a bit of an idea of your endurance. That way we can help planning your trip easier.
Cheers.
