Narrow Strips PVT OPS

Hi All,

I am researching the use of aircraft greater than 5700KG operating into narrow strips (operations are PVT Ops)

I have found the below exemptions but they are no longer in force

https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2012L01676

https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2014L01505

Does anyone know of any other exemptions that may be in place ?

Cheers

CAR 235(A) is only RPT and Charter.

IIRC the exemption for (RPT/CHTR) narrow runway ops was pulled as the reg was changed to say if the AFM says it's fine, then you were good to go (with appropriate training).

AFM must have a narrow runways supplement, category of operation is irrelevant. No supplement? Then you are limited to what the AFM states.
