7-years since #pelair ditching at Norfolk Island

Today marks 7 years since the ditching of the Westwind at Norfolk Island in 3 metre seas and six people swam away.

The final #atsb report has not been released and unlikely until early 2017, into the eighth year.

ATSB is broken.

Whatever it produces is the subject of justified scepticism and derision.
