Hi all, a friend is considering the REX Cadet program. He has passed the first interview, and has a telephone interview coming up soon. What questions can be expected?

What sort of people are they taking in these days?
I know one who got in this year he only has a PPL and was half my age
I'd imagine the more experience the better? (older,more mature surely would be an advantage too...)
