I'll guess that Channel 9 has recently won (or perhaps lost) a lucrative QF advertising contract?

What Engineer aus said.

Did anyone review the script which had a tug being used to taxy an aeroplane? I think they might have even used the old Hollywood trick of changing aircraft type mid push.

Moral of the story. If you want an upgrade - abuse the customer service staff.

I think the show was the advertising contract.

Excruciating for anyone with an ounce of aviation knowledge, hyped-up bs for anyone without.
