I've posted this before and it got deleted but I think it is important that people are aware...
Airservices have for a long time now been double charging for any Terminal Navigation Charge where the time the computer thinks your flight should have arrived from your flight plan and the actual time of arrival on the flight strip differ by more than a few minutes.
There is nothing about this in the Standard Contract. They tell me they are "looking into it" but it just keeps on happening, month after month after month and nothing is done to fix this.
I have to apply for credits every single month for these double charges. Check your invoices carefully folks.
