Hmmmm second engine failure for this operator in as many years. A C404 had to turn back to Halls Creek about a year and a half ago due to an engine failure shortly after departure. Good job by the pilot to get it down safely.

Maybe the pilot just couldn't stomach Ringers Soak as that was his destination.
