The other very important thing to note with regard the QLD RFDS and Care Flight EBA's are the "Conditions". It looks like they have 'equal time' rosters or pretty close to it.....time rostered equals time off.

I used to get $220 a day as a casual for Eastscare (Eastair) used to fly 7-8mr days so works out they get a good deal, oh yeah you have to carry your own insurance and NO away allowance paid.
