how to convert my expired australia ppl to faa?
hi everyone,
i am holding an expired australia ppl and wish to continue the flight training in usa.
do i need to fill in the Verification of Authenticity of Foreign License form ?
(Airmen Certification ? Verify the Authenticity of a Foreign License, Rating, or Medical Certification)
as quoted from faa"The Airmen Certification Branch, AFS-760 must have the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) verify the validity and currency of the foreign license and medical certificate or endorsement before you apply for an FAA certificate or authorization.."
