B737NG UK test flight that went badly wrong.

A hairy story about a maintenance test flight on a British registered Boeing 737 NG where the hydraulics were switched off on the flight controls. Result a 20,000 fpm dive and over 400 knots during recovery. Well worth reading. A salutary lesson for Australian operators who design their own maintenance test flight schedules
