Reminds me of something I read in a newspaper where a head master decries the increasing complexity of marking students school progress reports. In the CASA case, the marking of students "hate sheets" as we used to call them in the RAAF many years ago
The Headmaster said: "The measurement and testing of students has become disproportional in importance; It has become the be-all and end-all."
Isn't that so true?
