I almost ran off the road, then I peered up into the low-level murk and saw an Emirates A380 going like the clappers heading west after taking off from YPPH this morning. 
What was that all about?

Medical diversion?
Overhead an EK aeroplane discussing a medical diversion on area this morning as I was heading into the Pilbara. Advised by medlink to divert, dumping fuel etc. Possibly en route from east coast to the sandpit?

yep, medical diversion.. a pax had a stroke..
my mum n sis were on that flight heading to italy via dubai..
they missed the connecting flight but they said emirates service was very good, free hotel n food and they left the next day..
