Instrument testing - military aircraft

Thinking about instrument testing requirements, such as CAO 100.5 for GA aircraft, but what do military aircraft do?
CASA has no jurisdiction over their maintenance, yet they fly in the same airspace as us.
Are military aircraft instruments tested regularly and to similar specs? Transponders too.

Simple answer is YES and too a higher standard and more frequently, varies type to type but is far more rigorous than civil standard.
