Not a single mention from anyone about the Alliance aircrew ad on Seek at the start of the month. Just got a reject saying more suitable crew out there.
Many Fokker pilots on the market?
Anyone know the -real- info on what they are looking for?

There is a difference between what a pilot knows as suitably qualified and what a company deems as suitably qualified, even though in both instances the advertised requirements are met. Hence asking in this instance, what are they really after? Is there a glut of F50 and F100 pilots unemployed on the market at the moment?

i_fly_planes, I clearly don't have the right experience, despite meeting what is asked for in the advert.

Many others make similar posts as this, not sure why mine is meeting with disdain.

I believe they have a very long hold file and internal upgrades are slow at the moment.
Crew being forced to move over from east coast to fill spots as well as things are quiet over there.
And yep FORCED to move over or grab your golf clubs and seek another nine holes if you don't.
