Commerical use of drones is now legal in the US...

...according to the latest Federal ruling

It will be interesting to see where this goes from here and what impact it will have on Australian policy and regulation.

There were several notices issues by the FAA after this ruling...I wouldnt expect anything to be (legally) flying in the US for a while...

This ruling was only served yesterday (Thursday). How have the FAA had any time to respond? I can't see anything relevant on their website after a quick peruse...
