Work Experience - Perth
Hi all,
I've just graduated high school and in preparing to make an application for the Virgin Cadetship, I've decided to try and get some work experience. I'm limited to places in Perth, Australia (YPPH, YPJT, YMUL) and am willing to do anything at all in the aviation industry. Does anyone know of companies or types of companies that would have a work experience placement available?

Head out to Jandakot, walk around ask. As for the big boys hopefully someone here can get you a foot in the door so to speak.

As Global Aviator said it's good to see some Motivation, if you get accepted you'll be taught everything you need to know about how it all works up at the rounded end so if you get a chance to perhaps do some "Work Experience" or just spend a day or two following around some of the Ops Boys and Girls you'll find that an invaluable insight into the inner workings which will help you down the track. It never hurts to know a little about the jobs of the people that support you!
