Don't call me Mr, I so don't deserve that title

I'm just saying the vast majority of operators engage in either: under award payment or sham contracting.

It wouldn't be tolerated in most industries. The main reason it happens are pilots themselves. It'd be great to not give a **** but I've got quite a few mates being burnt by asss-holes

Yeah but mate so many pilots love to do the dance of the flaming assholes and not only do they bend over to let their boss stick the paper in, they hand him a tin of AVGAS and a lit match.

HL, I did say the main reason it happens is the pilots themselves. Makes it hard for blokes with a kid or 2 & a missus to support!
