Since when do powered parachutes get to operate at 100 ft?
Since when do powered parachutes get to operate at 100ft over built up areas as three are now doing over Williamstown as I type?

Are they Aerochute style powered parachutes (2 seat side-by-side), or those of the powered paraglider fraternity? Each of these falls under a different organisation and they have different rules but agreed if they *are* actually at 100ft over something that resembles a street with street lights and houses, then I agree with you. Get a photo and call the fun police.
