JAA/EASA Instructor in Perth/WA Area

I need to do 1 hour flight with a JAA/EASA Instructor to revalidate my JAA PPL. Are there any instructors in the Perth/WA area who would able to do this. Alternatively I might consider Sydney or similar if that is the only place?
Also if there are any examiners who could sign of my revalidation that would be even better?
