Foreign License Conversion to Oz

Hello guys,

I have read the info about Foreign License Convertion to Oz. They says to do the conversion that country has to be a member of ICAO Contracting States. So I checked on ICAO website that Vietnam is one of ICAO members meaning I am qualified for the conversion.

But I'm not sure if I can convert my Vietnamese ATPL to Oz one. As I know in some country, they dont recognize Vietnamese License even we are an ICAO.

Can somebody let me know if whether I can do that or not?

yes, I did. I even emailed CLARC to confirm but they just gave me exact link that you just posted.
