Graham Schott passed away on Sunday after a short fight against an extremely aggressive secondary melanoma.

Graham was the President of the Caloundra Aeroclub for 12 years and builder and owner of KR2 VH-XXS. The man in the red hat was known to many in aviation.

Much loved Father and Father-in- law of Peter and Janine, Chris and Sarah, and Lisa and Harley. Loved Grandad of Bodie and Dylan, Caitlin, Finn and Paddy, and Zoe. Graham's Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life, which will be held in the Gregson & Weight Chapel, 5 Gregson Place, Caloundra, on Friday, 14th June, 2013, commencing at 3.00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army or the Queensland Cancer Council would be appreciated. RIP Graham. It was always great having you along to our flying comps at YRED. You YCDR blokes always seemed to claim the trophy!

Oh what a shame. He was a nice bloke. I used to laugh at him tying his beloved XXS to a fence so he could hand start it!

I'll miss him.
