Threat and Error Management

Hi All,

I am writing my Human Factors exam next week. Even though I know that HF is considered to be one of the "Easy / Easier" subjects, I am a bit worried about the TEM side of things. I have very few questions / answers to test myself with, and most of the info I have seems a bit disjointed.

If anyone has any exam-type questions and answers, or a "heads up", it would be appreciated.

Cheers!!!

I did my HF exam today. About a quarter of the questions are TEM. Know the CAAP back to front and you will be fine.

CPL or ATPL?
I did ATPL HF recently and bought the practice exams off AFT, they were on the money.

The TEM questions in CASA exams are very similar to their approach to Human factors, DAMP and SMS generally - over simplified, rigid, lacking in depth of understanding, ad policed by people who are AWIs or FOIs with a 2-day workshop and some online learning under their belt.

If any other organisation was able to audit CASA's SMS and "soft safety" approach they would fail against any measure.
