Back in business...
Try doing a google search with the words ...light and jets... if your a seasoned operator from NQLD, you will have no trouble identifying whom I am talking about....
If this concerns you, please call CASA ,as I have, and 'raise alarm' with their decision to issue him yet another AOC...he is still not paying his bills...and is proud of it !
Say no, no, no, to having another aviation business and hurting another group of suppliers and innocent individuals alike..help put a stop to this before he goes bankrupt again....

It is not up to CASA to protect creditors.
Before extending credit though suppliers should do some due diligence and perhaps have him on cash up front only. That would be in all parties interests.
Just for fun I did the google search. Would this be a very new flashy website, but has a mobile phone number, a PO box in Toowoomba and a fax in Cairns?
Not much flesh on the about us or anything else, just a load of waffle. If I were going to charter a light jet I would want to see something more substantial that that, before I even picked up the phone.
