MASS BRIEFS 'TEM'

Hi guys, long time reader first time poster. I am a qualified flight instructor but i have been out of the industry for some time. I have just started my instructor renewal and I need some information regarding the new airmanship TEM points for the breifs. I have my old power point briefs and hand written notes but i am just a little bit confused over the new TEM and how they are implemented in the breifs. If anyone can point me in the right direction or any information on this would be very much appreciated.

Have a look at CAAP 5.59 there is an extract from that CAAP in Nathan Higgins ATPL human factors tex that mentions teaching TEM in GA.
