I have decided that I fly the wrong type of aircraft.
Sorry, can't seem to find the photo you are referring to. Would need a post number. If you are referring to an iPad photo - it's not NVFR.

They tell me that witnessing the string of aircraft landing in the 41 degrees and 30+ knots of wind was something to cherish as most did not anticipate the lack of air density.

Thanks again for your help there Spinex..!
Squawk7700 - these photos were all taken on the Saturday when the weather was pretty much perfect. Friday's conditions on the other hand, were atrocious, as you say, 40+deg, 30+kts, truly hideous. We didn't bother going over on the Friday. Left early on Sat morning (last photo - sunrise pic). Full credit to everyone who flew in Friday evening show. And the spectators who braved the conditions..!

Got it.... yes, day VFR only so not an issue. Same issue as a Dynon, Avidyne or similar I guess.
OK, most domestic airliners are more or less boring - at least the ones I usually see. However I make an exception for the Qantas Retro Roo I, here seen climbing out from 23 at YPAD.
I guess I'm old enough to remember that this is something like most of them looked in an earlier era.
