Ambassador's C-131 USAF
saw it fly over the Essendon High School quadrangle on final to Essendon airport, that thing was so shiny we could see our tiny reflections under the wing!( not my picture by the way.. one in my collection I got from I cant remember where)

I would guess they're D-21 drones. Just based on the delta-ness and inlet spike. I'm also guessing the aircarft to the right at T-2 Buckeyes? One of the uglier planes ever designed...
