Will likely be lining up for selection shortly.
Done as much as I can for interview/sim - can anyone tell me if they use some type of aptitude test for selection. Feel free to PM , happy to do a quid pro quo with info share etc if I can get some tips

Answer theory questions while doing the sim approach.
Flip bits of paper marking x on one side, while doing questions on the other.
Get yelled at for customer service testing.
...ya know, all the things you are not trained for. Makes perfect sense...
Though those with 'mates' who have gone through before are pretty clued up already almost down to the individual questions.
Expect online psychometric tests to do about a week before interview date.

I 'spose if all else fails, bring some lamb chops, uggboots and a wooly rug and bribe your way in.
ANZ have a great attitude towards interviews. They interview to employ.....not to cull. The process is is concise and practical, apparently. I have a few mates that work there, and their experience with the interview process has been nothing but positive. Generally, the consensus is that if you DO get an interview, then you already have the job..... It is up to you to f%*k it up.
Good luck, M Taylor!
